Our History
Neil’s unique background is what has helped shape his law practice today. Neil graduated from Clemson University, Clemson, South Carolina and returned home to New York in a position as an International Sales Executive. He attended Brooklyn Law School, Brooklyn, New York while working and raising a family. Upon moving to the South, he was admitted to the South Carolina Bar and opened The Law Office of Neil T. Phillips in Historic York, South Carolina. He sought to provide legal services in a boutique environment along with his wife, paying careful attention to the needs of his clients.
